Update to Billing System
We updated our billing system, during the update we notice the system did not generate the proper invoicing, which it automatically sent out suspend account emails which we corrected immediately and adjusted the affected accounts. We are monitoring the accounting system to make sure it is properly functioning now/ We are sorry for the confusion please feel free to open a support ticket with any questions.
